Change of Plans

“Moooom,” Tamamori’s on the phone, but his voice isn’t bothering Kitayama’s nap, “he does not want to come over for dinner. We’re busy! He’s got plans!”

Kitayama cracks an eye with interest. Tamamori-san’s curry is worth five trips to the corner ramenya any day.

“I will not ask.” Tamamori gives Kitayama a pointed glance. “He’s sleeping.”

Kitayama can hear Tamamori-san’s scoff through the phone, and pokes Tamamori in the stomach so that he squeaks and drops the phone right into Kitayama’s hands.

“It’s been a while, Tamamori-san~,” Kitayama hums, ignoring Tamamori’s glare. “What time should we be there then?”
