A Great Idea
“So, they’re in China,” Shindou said.
“Yup,” said Waya.
“For two weeks.”
“Yup.”
“And we’re stuck here.”
“Yup.”
“And Isumi is forcing you to stay over here like a two-year-old?”
“Last time he left me for two weeks I changed underwear about three times and cooked once. Well, it was more like a half. I exploded the rice cooker.”
“Okay,” Hikaru cracked his knuckles, “I can solve everybody’s problem. We’ll just get naked and call for take-out.”
After a second of silence, Waya said, “I think we should just call them and beg them to come home early, because that actually sounded like a good idea.”
