“You’ll regret that,” Remus said without looking from his parchment.

“Lily…” James crooned over the napping Gryffindor, ignoring Remus. “It’s Ja-ames…”

“Mmm, James,” Lily murmured. “Nice arse.” James beamed.

“And what would you like to do to my arse, Lily?” he prompted, a wicked grin lighting up his face.

“Quit while you’re ahead,” Remus warned.

“Mmm,” Lily sighed happily in her dream.

“What are you doing to my arse, Lily,” James pressed, leaning in for what he was sure would be his moment of triumph.

“Kicking it,” she giggled.

Only Remus saw Lily peek open one eye as James swore.
